Our current opening is for a Service Coordinator in our Springfield
office. Service Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and
scheduling all service calls and system inspections with our customers
and our service resources. Also responsible for issuing and managing
open work orders, follow up work, all service correspondence between
the company and the customer and all field paperwork; responsible for
inside sales of over the counter parts; and responsible for scheduling
and supervising service technicians.
Assign team members to projects.
Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors and equipment based
on project needs, skill set and availability.
Input project location into system.
Issue general work order documents, dispatch technicians and
Interact and communicate with Service Managers to assign/dispatch Technicians
Assist Service Manager in managing maintenance contracts.
Responsible for distribution and handling of purchase orders
requested by technicians.
Handle shop management, such as repair tracking-in house; repair
tracking-sent in for; tracking spare equipment; tracking of tools
and stock items; cleanliness of shop; and managing the database.
Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing
them to assigned staff and responding to special requests.
Log service work requirements in job tracking system.
Generate, interpret and print various reports, such as the weekly
labor usage report.
Shipping & Receiving: repair/return items and receiving for jobs/stock/service.
Handles inside over the counter sales volume
Candidate must be very dependable, have a strong background in
customer service. Must also be detail oriented, ability to
multi-task, and have strong computer and telephone skills.
