Position

Our current opening is for a Network Services Sales Account Executive.  Account Executive will be responsible for providing customer solutions while maximizing account penetration and maintaining long-term customer relationships. 

  • Provides knowledge and consultation in the form of developing Network Services, VOIP among other Technology system related solutions for the customer’s problems.

  • Identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers.

  • Converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.

  • Develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the customer’s organization, including facility manager, project manager, project engineers and purchasing.

  • Developing and Maintaining a pipeline of business

  • Develops and executes an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.

  • Provides account business reports.

  • Provides quotes for repairs, change outs, and energy solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price services.

  • Contacts responsible parties for purposes of securing renewal of service contracts.

  • Estimates project by analyzing and integrating equipment, controls, subcontractors, and services for each project.

  • Prepares, negotiates, and reviews agreement/project scope.

  • Assists customers in answering technical questions on systems and relevant industry issues.

  • knowledge of current Network, Wireless, VOIP, UCaaS, Storage,  Servers and PC’s, Technical Software or similar technical solutions and partner programs

  • Ability to uncover customer needs and match those needs to appropriate technology solutions

  • Presentation and communication skills

  • Technology Sales experience in the geographic territory of the role

 

 

Experience and Skills:

 

  • Associate degree in engineering or business management.

  • Three to five years experience in technology sales or technology service sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check.
