Our current opening is for an Office Administrator in our St. Louis office. The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative support, special project assistance and other necessary administrative needs. Office Administrator will provide assistance to General Manager, Operations Manager, sales staff, and engineering staff. Office Administrator will maintain office filing system, make travel reservations, order and maintain office supplies and office equipment. Office Administrator will plan and coordinate office lunches, parties, and events. Additional responsibilities will include answering the telephone, manage office billing, expense reports, and purchase orders. Manage service support agreements, the shipping and receiving of various materials and maintain data in accounting software, perform accounts receivable follow-up with customers and initiate collections phone calls/correspondence as needed. Assist with other corporate or departmental needs when requested.
