Our current opening is for a Service Sales Account Executive in our St. Louis office. The Services Sales Account Executive will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing customer retention with business accounts. Account Executive will also provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC/Controls/Security system related solutions for the customers problems. Account Executrive will need to identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers. Account Executive converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process. Account Executive develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the customers organization, including facility manager, project manager, project engineers and purchasing. Account Executive develops and executes an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership. Account Executive provides account business reports, quotes for repairs, change outs, and energy solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price services and contacts responsible parties for purposes of securing renewal of service contracts.

Experience and Skills:

Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation including criminal and motor vehicle check.

Associates degree in engineering, business management or equivalent and three (3) to five (5) years experience in facilities sales or HVAC service sales: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of HVAC/controls/security sales, service agreements, and Microsoft Office products.
