Controls Sales Account Executive will call on existing customer base to promote and sell service contracts covering the temperature control systems. Work with existing sales staff in putting together estimates for control systems for the bid spec market or direct negotiation with an end user. Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing customer retention with business accounts. Account Manager will also provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC/Controls/Security system related solutions for the customers problems. Account Manager will need to identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers. Account Manager converts leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process. Account Manager develops multiple relationships with buying influences in the customers organization, including facility manager, project manager, project engineers and purchasing. Account Manager develops and executes an account specific business plan to identify the long term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.
